Hey guys! Laziness is something that we all hate and love sometimes. Laziness is something that stops us from achieving our life purpose and missions. Being lazy for a short period can be beneficial but for a long period, it is dangerous. So today, let’s learn how to stop being lazy in our favorite, Expeknow style!

Laziness is simply not liking to work hard or to be active. Laziness are of 2 types: Short term laziness and Long term laziness.

Short term laziness: It’s a kind of laziness where you feel lazy for a day or week. Here, you feel lazy after working a lot on a project. Generally, here you are productive in life but sometimes feel lazy for a short period of time.

Long term laziness: It’s a kind of laziness where you don’t like working for anything. You do a work for 1 week but after that you lose your productivity and become lazy at work. Here, you aren’t productive in life so you often feel lazy.

So, let’s learn how to stop being lazy with these two steps:

1. Life Purpose: Ask yourself ” Do you have a life purpose?” , “Do you have a vision of what you create with your life?” , “Do you have a long term vision?
If your answer is no then you are just like a car without engine. A car who has been toad in all his life and once people stop towing you, you stop at where you are. So, get a purpose for your life. Get a mission.

2. Vacation: Ask yourself “When was the last time you had a vacation?”, “How long has it been?”. If you haven’t had vacation for 6 months then you should have one. When you work really hard for something then your batteries get drained. You have to recharge them and the way you can do that is by having a vacation. Go have one vacation if you haven’t had it from 6 months. It also helps you to explore new things and have new experiences. So, have one.

Lastly, if you still feel lazy after passing these tests then maybe your habits are playing game. So, change your habits. Have some habits that can benefit you in long term. And the way you do this is by taking baby steps.

Look, the truth is, people start making habits by starting from the hundred. They start from doing the task for an hour a day without realising that this is a bad approach.
